Sony的CMOS影像感測器IMX06A，為對角線16.384毫米（1 /0.98型）CMOS有效畫素solid-state影像感測器，具有正方形像素陣列與50.3M有效畫素，採用類比2.9 /1.8 V，數位0.83 V和介面1.8 V或1.2V電源供電，具有功耗低優點。
IMX06A採用背照式堆疊CMOS影像感測器透過並行A/D 轉換電路，實現高通過採用R、G、B濾鏡，可以實現高靈敏度，低雜訊的高速影像擷取。
