Introduction to the SONY IMX464LQR CMOS Image Sensor 2020-02-10

 
SONY is continuing to supply customers with high-performance professional surveillance camera CMOS image sensors at competitive prices. The 1/1.8” (98.04mm) IMX464LQR released recently is a back-illuminated CMOS sensor with 4.17M effective pixels. Key features include a square pixel array and Digital Overlap – HDR mode.

The SONY IMX464LQR can output high-quality video with a resolution of 2668 (H) x 1520 (V) and 10-bit ADC at 90fps. It also supports DOL-HDR (Digital Overlap – High Dynamic Range) at 30 fps, RGB primary color mosaic filters, and electronic variable-speed shutter. Other features include high sensitivity, low dark current and smear-free. Applications for the SONY IMX464LQR include professional surveillance cameras and industrial cameras.
