Introduction to the SONY IMX347LQR CMOS sensor 2019-10-07
SONY constantly provide customers with high-performance and competitive professional monitor CMOS sensors. Recently, it has launched the IMX347, a back-illuminated CMOS sensor with effective resolution at 4.17MP. The IMX347 features the square pixel array and digital overlay-HDR model.

At resolution of 2668(H) x 1520(V) and ADC 10-bit, the IMX347 can output high-resolution image at 90fps and support DOL-HDR at 30fps. In addition, with the RGB mosaic filters, it can realize high sensitivity, low dark current, and non-streaking picture quality. Therefore, it can be used on professional monitoring cameras and industrial cameras.
