This new shared office and Taiwan–Japan marketing and import/export business hub marks its official completion, dedicated to fully supporting Taiwanese enterprises in establishing a presence in Kumamoto. The opening ceremony drew a distinguished gathering from Taiwan and Japan’s industrial, governmental, and academic sectors. From Japan, attendees included Mr. Mitsuaki Hoshino, Director-General of the Kyushu Bureau of Economy, Trade and Industry (former Deputy Representative of the Japan–Taiwan Exchange Association); the Mayor of Kashima Town, Mr. Nabeta; the Director-General of the Industrial Promotion Bureau of Kumamoto Prefecture’s Ministry of Commerce and Labor; and Mr. Matsumoto, President of Preceed Co., Ltd. From academia, Professor Takuya Sugawara, Dean of the Graduate School of Agriculture at Ehime University, was present.
